Jay lody:
Jason is born in the Eastern Cape but grew up in George but currently living in Mitchels Plain Jaylody is taken from the word melody defining Jason's melodies.

Elitha:
Tell me a bit about your music when did you start singing and who inspired you?

Oh I'm a pop RnB singer started at the age of 15 winner of the Backstage super star search 2005 at the age of 18 released my debut album working with Amu, Beat maker, Semitone, Dany and George who produced Jamali. I was inspired by west life, Robby Williams and Micheal Jackson.

Elitha:
Are there any hip hop artists that featured you from both George and Cape town?

Jay lody:
Rivln Clique were the 1st to work with in Cape Town and on the album was 6th element from Jo-burg on the hit song"I love you"produced by beat maker also reached no2 on thobela FM.
