MUSIC LOST IS LOCAL BRAND

  •

Stevinhio Wanda and Larry Boss Maxongo are the Co-owners of Music Generation Apparel. This brand was made for the generation that was told that they are the lost generation, the generation that was told that they have lost their way.
They in fact are the music generation, this is the generation of music lovers regardless of what genre it is. This is the generation of the dj's, singers, dancers, entertainers, rappers and the listeners. We are the Music Generation. The brand is over a year old now and so far has managed to sell over 4 000 units in all provinces of South Africa including countries like Australia, Sweden, England and America. They have no budget at all and rely entirely on social networks like Face Book and word of mouth to market their products.

They also use music as a tool to market their gear since their brand is all about music. Their main focus is hip hop since hip hop is a culture that is image conscious. They have worked with the likes of Terror Da promoter of the Royal open mic sessions, Dann The Mann, Gunzito, Snarks Ou, Manqoba, Axo, Emage, Flip The script, luke D and Masi Massive to name a few.

They are the most original brand in the streets and have no slogans or designs nor logos that look similar or alike as existing brand. In fact they see themselves as pioneers of the street wear scene. Although that happens the brand still manages to maintain the street credit and love from all different individuals whether you are a hip hop head, house lover, rocker or any genre you are into. For them their goal is to take over and conquer, worldwide. With each day that passes the brand becomes a bigger movement so be sure to see this brand at your local hip hop show, gig or open mic session. Music Generation, its who I am.
